Tuluğ received his B.A. from Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna where he won Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Prize with Tomo Keller (Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, violin and leader). After studying piano, chamber music and composition he received an invitation to teach vocal ensemble, song interpretation ,vocal coaching and Choir conducting from renowned Performing Arts Studios Vienna, a successful private training academy for musical theater singers, actors and dancers in the German-speaking realm.
